After School Teacher

**Job Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young minds and contribute to their growth and development. **Duties** - Provide engaging and effective lessons to students in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. - Utilize creative teaching methods, such as theater and camp activities, to facilitate learning and promote childhood development. - Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and productive learning environment. - Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance. - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and organized environment for students. - Administer first aid as needed and maintain knowledge of basic life support techniques. - Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. **Experience** - A minimum of experience working with students, including those in a classroom setting. - Experience with childcare and babysitting, with a strong understanding of childhood development. - Proven experience in classroom management and creating engaging lesson plans. - First aid and basic life support training. - Experience working with students of varying abilities and learning styles. **Skills** - Strong understanding of childhood development and the needs of students. - Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans. - Experience working with students in a classroom setting and managing classroom behavior. - Knowledge of first aid and basic life support techniques. - Experience working with children in a daycare or camp setting. - Proven experience educating students and providing constructive feedback. - Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. - Experience working with students with special needs and abilities. - Experience with babysitting and childcare. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.25 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
