Cash Handling and Maintenance Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Handling and Maintenance Associate to join our team at Lea County State Bank. As a key member of our ITM/ATM support team, you will be responsible for providing first-line maintenance, monitoring machine performance, and assisting with cash replenishment and deposit processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line maintenance services, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of ITM/ATM equipment.
• Monitor machine performance using automated programs and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Assist with cash replenishment and deposit processing daily, ensuring accurate cash balances and minimal downtime.
• Communicate effectively with merchant tellers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

• Maintain accurate records and reports of machine performance and cash balances.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of ITM/ATM machines.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
