About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the President of Statler Nagle, an LAI company, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the President’s schedule, meetings, and key initiatives run seamlessly. As PR and Strategic Communications Coordinator, you’ll help implement communication strategies that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensure clear, effective messaging across all channels.
You’ll be a collaborative problem-solver, eager to learn new tools and strategies, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including:
- Managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Preparing briefing materials, reports, and presentation decks
- Maintaining task lists and tracking deadlines for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external communication efforts
- Assist with PR and strategic communications projects:
- Conduct research on industry trends and developments, and potential partnership opportunities
- Prepare media lists, analytics reports, and coverage summaries
- Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing campaigns
- Contribute to project management efforts:
- Help organize timelines, resources, and follow-ups for key projects
- Ensure communication and tasks flow smoothly between internal teams and external partners
- Support event coordination as needed:
- Assist in planning client events, press engagements, and promotional activities
- Attend events to help with logistics and on-site coordination
- Handle general administrative duties, such as:
- Answering calls and emails
- Filing, data entry, and document organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in executive support, communications, marketing, or public relations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Interest in growing into a project management or strategic communications role
