Lebanon Valley College Department of Nursing is seeking a passionate and experienced registered nurse to join our team as a BSN clinical adjunct instructor. In this part-time, contract position, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing by guiding and supporting undergraduate nursing students in their clinical rotations. Responsibilities include supervising and instructing BSN students in a variety of clinical settings to ensure they meet course objectives and develop safe and effective nursing skills, evaluating student performance through written and verbal feedback by providing constructive criticism and guidance for improvement, developing and implementing clinical learning experiences that align with course curriculum and program goals, collaborating with faculty and clinical site personnel to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience for students, maintaining accurate and complete documentation of student progress and clinical encounters, and staying current in nursing practice and education through ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania, a minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience in a relevant area, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and healthcare professionals, and strong commitment to nursing education and student success.
