Essential Responsibilities :
Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment, hand tools and lifting heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
Maintains a healthy and safe work environment for the crew, the public, the customer, and Ledcor
Works as a part of an overhead telecom line crew and assists with restoring job sites back to their original state
Qualifications :
Active CDL A is preferred
Must successfully complete a criminal background check, pre-access, and drug and alcohol screenings
Experience operating a skid steer, mini excavator, and / or back hoe is an asset
2 years of experience in Heavy Equipment operation
Ability to safely operate a variety of large and small power equipment, light vehicles and properly tow / back-up trailers
Work Conditions :
This position requires travel throughout WI to various project sites
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
