Site Manager
Our client is seeking a Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations in the Lebanon, NH area. If you have a strong work ethic, previous GMP cleaning experience, and leadership skills, then this could be a great fit!
Responsibilities of the Site Manager

• Oversee team of cleaning technicians responsible for maintaining cleanrooms and laboratory space
• Manage custodial operations
• Ensure all personnel are properly trained on and follow customer-assigned SOPs, policies, and procedures, and that all cleaning, disinfecting, and documentation expectations are met
• Perform additional tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications of the Site Manager

• Previous GMP cleaning experience in a salaried management role preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, overtime, on-call, and special assignments
• Cleanroom experience a plus
• Familiarity with custodial functions, floor care, equipment, and program development preferred
• Ability to demonstrate aseptic cleaning techniques, lift 40 lbs., and stand for extended periods
