Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in cleaning, mechanical, electrical, and general facilities maintenance. Must be organized, self-starter, with a proactive approach to the job and its responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to small electronic equipment and systems.
• Interpret wiring schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
• Oversee facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Deliver exceptional custodial service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues.
• Experience with wiring schematics interpretation for effective problem-solving.
• Background in facilities maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Excellent service skills to address inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
