Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative for a temporary basis (minimum 12 weeks), with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role with full company benefits. This position is primarily responsible for front desk reception duties, including answering and screening calls on a multi-line system, while also assisting with order entry, customer communication, and administrative office tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior office-based receptionist and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a professional business environment.
Position details: Salary $19 - $20/hour. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of receptionist and customer service experience.
- Experience with a multiple line busy switchboard.
- Experience in office duties and administrative office tasks.
- MS Office experience
- Customer focused with excellent customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and demeanor.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Must be a reliable and a conscientious team player.
- Detailed-oriented, able to work independently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering/Screening phone calls
- Review/enter customer orders according to LEDtronics terms & conditions.
- Proofread orders to ensure customer orders are processed correctly.
- Respond to incoming phone calls/emails promptly and diligently with customers
- Resolve customer service issues within the department.
- Expedite orders with production in a timely manner.
- Contact customers with early/late shipments.
- Interact with and assist the Sales department.
- Process samples.
- Filing and other administrative office tasks.
- Manage/maintain key accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
