Summary of Job:
This full time position will provide engineering design and support as part of our Design-Build construction team. This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and engineering design experience in facility solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Perform full Design of Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing systems, Engineer of record
- Responsible for preparing construction drawings and specifications
- Act as the technical authority consistently moving projects toward successful completion often while leading internal teams
- Thoroughly understand and design to all relevant codes and standards
- Assist internal sales and vertical market teams in preparing proposals for design and construction of projects by various support functions such as: drawing review, site review, perform load calculations, initial equipment selections, design clarifications, codes research, systems analysis, energy audits and problem solving
- Perform evaluations of facility mechanical systems and develop narratives for Owner solutions
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years of industry experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Licensed Professional Engineer

Salary : $67,500 - $85,500
