Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst position will be a part of Global FP&A team, responsible include, but not limited to : Data Analytics, Commissions calculations, Reconciliation, Forecasting, KPI tracking, Sales Team Support.
Reporting Relationships :
- Reports directly to Manager Global FP&A
- Works closely with Sales Teams and Operations Leads
- Requires coordination and communication with different departments across the globe.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
Tracking large data sets from various teams, creating consolidated sales reporting data that can be utilized for Commissions and KPI ReportingStrong attention to detail to identify errors or abnormalities in data sets.Continuously review processes for efficiency, implementing recommendations, and provide proper documentation.Support the monthly and quarterly administration and calculation of commissions, and other incentives across various markets.Ongoing validation and maintenance to our commission system, including Reporting enhancements.Support Sales Team and Key Stakeholders in addressing compensation questions, providing resolution in a timely manner.Research questions and discrepancies, working with multiple departments to provide feedback and resolutions.Consolidate and prepare Monthly P / L and KPI Forecasts, partner with accounting to ensure P / L and Balance Sheet accuracy.Other Ad Hoc requests as needed, including but not limited to Compensation Plan Modeling, Sales Reporting, Executive Presentation materials.Other special projects and duties may be assigned as needed.Performance Metrics

3-5 years of professional experience in a finance, sales operations, or data analysis fieldPreference for experience in aStrong documentation and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information while maintaining attention to detail.Very strong organizational, observational, and communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment and independently.Must be dependable, reliable, and have high integrity.Creative problem solvingBachelor's degree in a finance related areaBasic accounting knowledgeAdvanced Microsoft Excel Skills RequiredMicrosoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPowerBI, SharePoint, and Teams is a plus.Xactly, or other compensation system experience is a plus.Web-based reporting systems experience is a plus.Positive attitudeStrong Time & priority managementWhat we offer
