Position Summary
Lee Machinery Movers is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively engaging with prospective clients and leads.
- Collaborate with the business development and/or estimating team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Coordinate sales activities, schedule meetings, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand revenue within existing client accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to provide recommendations for improving sales strategies.
- Generate regular reports to track sales progress and communicate findings to the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, a related field or, equivalent industry experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Interest in the heavy machinery rigging and moving industry is a plus.
