Lee Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Des Plaines is seeking caring Registered Nurse's for open full time and part time positions available. We are looking to help provide our residents with the compassionate, high-level healthcare they deserve. As a part of our care team, you’ll bring your strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with our residents, families, physicians and other members of our multidisciplinary team.

You must also possess the ability to pass medication and provide technical nursing care, recognize significant signs and symptoms of disease; demonstrate mastery of nursing procedures; and have CPR certification.

We have 8 hour scheduled shift

1st shift - 7am to 3:30pm

2nd shift - 3pm to 11:30pm

3rd shift - 11pm to 7:30am

Job responsibilities:

• Providing high standards of nursing care
• Receive evidence-based nursing supervised care
• Ensure the nurse-to-nurse reports
• Provide respectful high-quality nursing for residents
• Undertaking all appropriate duties of nursing care
• Supervising the professional work of nursing/care staff in the home
• Implement the nursing care plan and provide skilled nursing care
• Assess social and health care needs for new residents who join the home
• Maintaining professional standards of care available to service users within the Care home on a daily basis
• Delivering high quality nursing care and support to residents at all times in chosen specialist area such as mental health nursing, learning disabilities nursing or general nursing
