What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Coordinator position at Leeco Steel?
Position Summary:
Entry level Help Desk Coordinator who will support the System Administrator and IT Manager with user support services.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Provide Tier I end user support and PC repairs
- Configure new phones and PCs
- Support end users on printers and multifunction devices on the network
- Maintain and support barcode printers and scanners
- Support MS office applications; Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point etc.
- Maintain and support Maxdata hosts
- Maintain and support Presentation Point Power Point machines
- Maintain IT Documentation
- Required Skills:
- Associate's Degree in IT related field. To qualify for consideration an applicant should possess experience in the following systems; Network Operating Systems: Windows 2016 Server, Desktop O/S: Windows, Windows Terminal Services, Microsoft Active Directory, Dynamics GP 2018 and SharePoint basic knowledge a plus
Previous Experience maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software and basic computer networking is desirable
Salary : $40,000 - $50,700
