Summary/Objective
We are seeking a self-motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a warehouse associate with our organization, you will be responsible for the loading, unloading and product inspection of deliveries. Maintaining stock and inventory accuracy in the warehouse, along with moving stock and other materials to fulfill, QC, and pack orders. The ideal candidate for the material handler position is a diligent worker who can complete tasks successfully with little to no guidance.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform product compliance inspections, and/or item count verification.
- Identify and label materials, record their locations within the warehouse to maintain inventory.
- Prepare product for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them.
- Perform and report all product cycle counts.
- Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
- Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
- Follow written and/or oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties.
- Other duties as required

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-5 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or product distribution setting.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read, write and basic arithmetic
- Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or move product weighing between 5-50 lbs continuously.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in cold/freezing environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, push and pull, reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
