Title: Assistant Softball Coach Department: AthleticsCategory: Full time, 10 month position, Benefit Eligible, Exempt Summary/ObjectiveReporting to the Head Softball Coach, the Assistant Softball Coach will be responsible for assisting in all phases of a competitive NCAA Division II softball program, competing in Conference Carolinas.Essential FunctionsCoaching, scheduling, recruiting, travel arrangements, budget management, camps/clinics, field maintenance and development of the program within the guidelines of the NCAA, Conference Carolinas, and Lees-McRae College. This position requires evening and weekend work and travel by bus.
