Job Summary The SLP provides evaluation and treatment to patients as dictated by the American Speech-Language and Hearing verbally and in the medical record. Provides staff training and ensures carryover of skilled therapy goals. Education & Experience Holds a master of Art or Sciences from an accredited University in Speech Pathology Licensed therapist in good standing in respective field Holds, maintains or in process of obtaining (CFY) Certificate of Clinical Competency as issued by ASHA Direct care experience required – minimum 1 year Employee may be in process of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Why Legacy Health Services?
