We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team!
The Accounting Specialist will support and perform the accounting operations of the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger and payroll
In addition, the Accounting Specialist will perform the implementation and monitoring of internal controls and accounting processes and gathering information for preparing various reports.
What we need from you:
3-5 Years Experience Required in:
- GAAP and Accrual Accounting
- Accounts Receivable
Other Experience Required:
- Intermediate Excel skills (experience in manipulating large data sets)
- General ledger auditing
- Recording recurring journal entries and financial statement preparation
- Bank reconciliations
- Must be detail oriented
Preferred skills:
- Experience in the Medical Field
- Payroll processing
- Acumatica Software
This is a full-time position, with pay ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year.
Schedule is an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
