DAY-TO-DAY
This entry-level position works part-time with our assisted living office. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 4 PM - 7 PM. Weekend shifts include hours from 9 AM - 3 PM and 3 PM - 6 PM. Each office employee takes one weekend shift per week.
As a part-time Customer Service Associate, you play an essential role in providing exceptional customer service to all those who contact or visit us. With a warm and friendly demeanor, you greet each resident and their families at our assisted living facility. You answer the phones as well as take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate personnel. When home health or hospice providers contact us, you relay the correct information or put them in touch with the right staff member.
