Legacy outdoor power Equipment is a local equipment dealer specializing in residential and commercial landscaping equipment. We are currently looking for an individual interested in expanding their career in the outdoor power equipment industry.
Position Summary
Retail sales associates are responsible for selling parts and equipment to the customer based on their needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
-Understand the customer’s needs to provide them with the correct parts and equipment
-Give accurate and current information about products available
-Promptly and professionally respond to emails, voicemails and phone calls
-Follow up on new leads and referrals
-Stay up to date of current products offered
-Arrive early to pull equipment out front and see that the dealership grounds are free of litter and debris
-Keep the merchandising area, showroom, POP material in pristine condition
-Continually learn technical and product knowledge, maintain awareness of new products
-Exhibit dependability and maintain high attendance standards
-Assist with inventory
-Inform OPE Manager immediately of and issues or potential issues involving customer satisfaction
-Able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 50 lb.
-Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
-Available to work Saturdays with minimum time off during the busy spring and summer season

-Basic Computer Skills
-High school diploma required
