Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide attentive service and check in with guests throughout their meal
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining area
- Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to recommend menu items and promote specials confidently
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
