A large North American HQ is bringing Tax inhouse and adding a strategic new Tax Director to take the helm!
The Tax Director will enjoy a seat at the table with the North American CFO and other key financial and operational executives.

The Tax Director will manage ALL THINGS TAX for US, Canada and Mexico w/ the help of a Top-10 Firm Co-Source relationship.
Responsibilities include:
- Income Tax
- Tax Provisions
- Non-Income Tax - Do not need an expert but exposure to Cross Boarder dealings
- Tax structuring for large projects and sales deals
- ALL Sales Tax is Outsourced!
Candidates with large clients in Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing or Distribution will gain preference!
