Duties
- Manage daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking of tenants moving in and out, and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about services.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with clients and potential customers.
- Implement best practices in inventory management to optimize storage space and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing storage or a similar environment is preferred.
