Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be a key member of the Accounts Payable team. They will be primarily responsible for processing payments on a daily basis, including bookkeeping and record keeping. They will also work closely with LSP's local partner resources, Regional Controllers, and other internal teams to ensure that financial statements are accurate and consistent across all partners.

- Timely and accurately review, code, and process a sizeable volume of vendor invoices
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Perform monthly vendor reconciliations
- Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Audit, process and reconcile credit card bills/activity
- Develop and maintain relationships; provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with LSP’s cash controls procedures
- Process and file 1099s annually
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma; associate's degree in accounting preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with accounts payable or general accounting
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude, team player, comfortable working both collaboratively and independently

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Systems aptitude with the following experience preferred but not required: Sage Intacct and/or Bill.com

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
