What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Technician I position at LEGACY SPORTS USA?
Your Purpose:
You will be called upon to support our biggest events such as Professional Boxing, MMA Championships matches, Jiu Jitsu Tournaments, NCAA Coaches Viewing Events, Pickleball Championship Tournaments, Cornhole Tournaments, Cheer and Gymnastics competitions along with other family/sporting events.
You will be working under the direction of the Facilities Engineer partnering heavily with internal/external partners and department heads for operational and facilities. Your responsibilities will be to help maintain the general maintenance needs within the facility. To perform skilled and semi-skilled labor in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of Legacy Sports, including plumbing, mechanical, painting, masonry, and basic electrical work under supervision and assume any other responsibilities as directed by department head or coordinator, or as is necessary to perform this job.

What You will do:
- Install or repair assigned work orders.
- Perform other service functions as directed.
- Work on assigned projects and make appropriate decisions based on work experience.
- Perform maintenance and repairs within scope of authority and in accordance with all safety regulations and procedures and notify supervisors of repair problems beyond the scope of authority.
- Complete assigned work orders, identify material and equipment needs for each assigned project and organize supplies and equipment and work with special project and construction teams as directed.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies.
- Follow all safety standards
- Respond as directed to perform emergency tasks and assist with maintaining supplies inventory.
- Participate in scheduled on-call emergency calendar covering weekends and after hours.

- Hours will consist of most evenings and weekends as well as holidays.
