Duties:
- Perform accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable functions, such as reviewing and processing vendor invoices and payments.
- Assist with account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate and efficient data entry.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with budgeting processes to help manage company finances effectively.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting principles and practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proficient in technical accounting and bookkeeper principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in financial report writing.
- Ability to accurately perform 10-key typing for data entry tasks.
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is perferred.
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles is requaierment.
