Warehouse Associates

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Warehouse Associate role in Burlington. Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently.

• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas, following inventory control guidelines.

• Pick and pack orders accurately for delivery or shipment.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and resolve logistical challenges.

• Document shipments, inventory movement, and discrepancies using tracking systems or logs.

• Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.

• Willingness to work swing shifts, including evenings and occasional weekends.

• Forklift certification is a plus, though training can be provided.
