Job Details
The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program working with adolescent female clients. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:
*Flexible work hours

*CEUs provided and paid for. Paid training days included
*3.2 weeks PTO in first year, 4 Floating Holidays, and 9 Agency Holidays
*Annual Retention Bonus
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Master’s Degree in social work or counseling. License required, LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC. Experience with adolescent DDD population preferred.
