Job Details
The Therapist provides individual, group and family therapy to an assigned caseload of 5 clients in a residential treatment program. Guides all Clinical treatment along with treatment team. Completes treatment plans, Clinical notes, and all Clinical Documentation. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.

Full Time, flexible
This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefitted position which includes:

*3.2 weeks PTO in first year, 4 Floating Holidays, and 9 Agency Holidays

Education/Experience:
Master’s Degree in social work or counseling. License required, LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
