THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A SENIOR CARE WELLNESS DIRECTOR
This full-time position follows a Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, with on-call responsibilities for clinical needs. While most of your work will be during these hours, occasional evenings and weekends may be required to ensure the best care for our residents.
As a Senior Care Wellness Director, you will oversee the clinical care provided to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care areas, ensuring that their individual needs are met with compassion and excellence. You will engage regularly with residents, families, and healthcare providers, fostering meaningful relationships that enhance trust and communication. As you guide your team, you will focus on mentoring caregivers, ensuring they understand not only how to perform their duties but also the deeper significance of their roles.

- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
