-Hiring for AM/PM caregivers
-AM shift is 6AM-2PM
-PM shift is 2PM-10PM
-Monday-Friday
-Supervisory and Management as well as Team Lead positions available! Must have all certifications.
- Responsibilities include:
- ADL’s, lifting up to 40 lbs, proficiency in caregiving tasks
- Med techs with Nurse Delegation and med pass experience
- Behavior Management and redirection
- Engagement and interaction with our residents, helping to make their lives great!
- Assistance with eating/feeding residents who have need
- Documentation, Organization, paper flow
- Positivity, eager to learn, willingness to grow, and desire to have fun while providing exceptional care

- The right team member possesses the following requirements:
- HCA, CNA, or NAR w/2011 exemption letter OR;
- Willingness to complete classes (we provide all courses and training to new caregivers with a starting wage of $18/hr)
- CPR, 1st aide, Specialty trainings
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, work in a fast paced environment, problem solve, and work well within a team
- Must perform proficiently and competently with our clients and maintain a professional working relationships with associates
- Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
- Excellent communication and team work
- Be able to pass criminal background check and drug testing
