What You'll Do:
As a Legal Intake Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls with empathy and professionalism. You'll conduct detailed intake interviews to understand clients' legal needs and provide exceptional service throughout the process. Your role will also involve gathering vital information and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
You're a strong communicator, able to articulate thoughts clearly and empathetically in both verbal and written form. You have a keen eye for detail and can gather and record information accurately and efficiently. You're also comfortable using computers and software for documentation.

Shift Details:

Full-Time Positions
- Split Shifts: Morning (6:30 AM - 12 PM) and Afternoon (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Evening Shift: 12 PM - 11 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9 PM - 7:30 AM
Part-Time Positions
- Evening Shift: 12 PM - 11 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9 PM - 7:30 AM
- Weekend Availability: Required to work one Saturday or Sunday per week.
Training:

Full-Time Training
- Duration: 3 weeks
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Part-Time Training
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Hours:
- Option 1: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Option 2: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Please note that our training schedule is fixed and cannot be adjusted. To begin working the agreed schedule upon hire, it's essential to complete the entire training program as listed.
