Our two salon & spa locations service a combined 1,600 guests each month...all our stylists are over 80% booked and busy, with a waiting list. Responsibilities:

- demonstrate passion & curiosity for your craft by engaging in continuing education
- utilize social media for marketing, guest engagement & portfolio
- make genuine connections: always be authentic, respectful, compassionate & fully present
- make efforts to maintain 70-85% booked
- exceed your guest's expectations, inspiring them to return: 65-80% retention
- educate guests on appropriate products available for sale in the salon to replicate their look: 25-40% purchasing
- invite feedback from guests mentors & have the ability to learn from mistakes

- current or expected Michigan cosmetology license

- Training period 3-6 months, 35 hours per week: average of $400 per week
- Year 1-2 $39,000 per year average
- Year 3-5 $46,000 per year average
