What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager position at Legend Point Condos and Marina?
Legend Point Condos and Marina is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be goal oriented and the ability to generate traffic and close leases effectively.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts 8:30 -5:30 with a 1-hour lunch
- Monday to Saturday (a day off during the week)
- Saturdays are a must
Responsibilities:
- Generate Traffic: Attract potential tenants through various marketing strategies.
- Show Properties: Present available units and community amenities to prospective tenants.
- Close Leases: Qualify prospects, negotiate terms, and have strong closing skills and ability to maintain high occupancy.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to current and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle leasing paperwork, collect rental payments and deposits, and maintain accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management (not required but preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Highly detailed, organized, and team-oriented with high energy.
- Dependable and motivated.
- Must have own transportation.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
