Join Our Team as a Guest Service Representative!
Are you great with numbers, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cage team! As a Cage Cashier/Guest Service Rep, you’ll be at the heart of the action; handling transactions, assisting guests, and ensuring accuracy while delivering top-notch service.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly and professional service while making change, cashing out E-tickets, and processing slot payouts.
- Support our team by issuing banks to employees and departments.
- Accurately complete key transactions in accordance with Gaming regulations.
- Sign up and assist Rewards Members by explaining benefits, promotions, and perks.
- Keep cool under pressure and maintain composure in a busy environment.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the Cage and our guests.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma and/or GED required.
- Must have previous experience in handling cash.
- Knowledge of Title 31 requirements while enforcing gaming policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work independently and unsupervised.
- Must be able to use a 10 key and have strong computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of S.D.S, or Casino Market Place is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
