Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a Director of Nursing position
- Strong clinical skills related to elder care both in long term care and short stay post-acute rehabilitation settings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, and E-mars preferred
- BA or BS in related field preferred, with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
- CPR and first aid certifications
- Must have a flexible schedule including availability on occasional weekends, evenings, or holidays
