JOB SUMMARY: Performs duties and oversees digital and social media tasks, including developing concepts, creative and design, updates content online and in-house. Works with contractors and consultants to ensure information is timely and delivered efficiently. Provides images and designs, moving graphics and animation. Help develop future digital and mobile needs such as developing a company app.

- Creation and maintenance of quality motion graphics and video production for use across all marketing initiatives. Included but not limited to in-house audio/visual, web, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for on/off property digital signage, company website and social media, including scheduling and maintenance.
- Create engaging custom content; still-photography, short videos, gifs to tell a compelling story optimized for social media.
- Generate, edit, publish and share content daily (original text, images, and video) that engages the target audience.
- Work closely with the Graphics Coordinators throughout the production and creative process.
- Work quickly and effectively in a collaboration fast paced environment.
- Work flexible hour including evenings, weekends, holiday and special events when necessary.
- Prepares and maintains accurate and complete records and reports, including an efficient filing system.
- Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
- Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
- Identifies ways to improve workflows and processes to work smarter and increase efficiency.
- Moves the situation quickly toward resolution by efficiently managing and controlling the circumstances.
- Explains the “why” behind the resolution or action for the guest.
- Pays attention to detail and conducts thorough research to make the best decision for the guest and the business.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. A minimum three – five years experience with Social Media and Content Marketing. A combination of education and practical work experience may be considered.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Self-starter, detail oriented, highly motivated and able to execute and develop quality work as necessary with the highest standards and attention to detail. Three to five (3-5) years professional experience with digital technology, photography, graphic design, motion graphics and video/audio production. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on After Effects and Premier Pro. Experience with 2D multimedia and animation preferred. Web design experience preferred (HTML/CSS). Ability to operate a DSLR camera. Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and WordPress.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer, office equipment, and routine paperwork. Ability to sit for extended length of time.
