Job Title: Waitress – Sports Bar & Lounge Position Summary
Must be 21 yrs of age, as a waitress in a lively sports bar/lounge, your role is to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, energetic environment. You'll take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a memorable experience while enjoying games, music, and socializing.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Serve drinks and meals promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns quickly
- Check IDs and follow alcohol service regulations
- Upsell specials and promotions to boost sales
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, serving stations, and lounge areas
- Handle payments and process cash/card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with bar staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and allergy information
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
- Basic knowledge of drink mixology and food safety
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 and able to stand for extended periods
