Legends at The Rock at La Cantera is seeking to fill several seasonal part-time Server positions within the Frost Plaza, Roca and Martillo Restaurant, Spurs Club, and for catered events.
The Role
The Server position serves food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

The Rock at La Cantera is a multi-phase project across 45 acres development which includes the NBA San Antonio Spurs training facility, Frost Plaza outdoor event space, Roca and Martillo restaurant, and a private social club.
Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers, guiding to seating area, and making menu recommendations.
• Serving food, beverage and accompaniments in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Delivering necessary equipment and beverages from storage areas to event location.
• Setting up and displaying food and beverages on buffet tables for catered events.
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and specialty items within the venue.
Qualifications
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current Food Handlers and TABC Certificate.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Must have at least one year experience as a server.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
