Job Qualifications
Any special qualifications required for performance in this role:

4. High school diploma or equivalent
5. Meet physical demands including:
· Ability to lift 75 pounds
· Requires bending, lifting and standing for 8 hours
· Perform work in confined spaces
· Climbing ladders to retrieve parts
· Functions consistent with required material handling activity
Primary Duties
The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following:
1. Sort, identify, store and inventory parts.
2. Package and label kits for shipment and production.
3. Utilize UPS station per work instructions.
4. Maintain a safe and clean work area.
5. Utilize the RF system for all job functions.
6. Understand and practice the policies and procedures for LP9000 and Continuous Improvement (CI).
7. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process, and the quality system.
8. Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process, and the quality system.
9. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
10. Verify the implementation of solutions.
11. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
12. Complete all other duties as assigned.
