The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience. The Vehicle Installation Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that our first responders operate safe, reliable, and effective vehicles. The Vehicle Installation Technicians are tasked with installing the following equipment: Emergency Vehicle Lighting and Control Systems, Sirens, Prisoner Transport Systems, Radios, Radar, In-Car-Camera Systems, License Plate Readers, Equipment Consoles and Cargo Cabinets, Weapon and Drone mounting systems, and front push bars, to name a few.
