Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin, TX
Full Time, Hourly, On-Site in our Austin Texas Branch Location
Hourly Rate: 17-20/hr incentives $$
Stans Heating and Air is actively seeking a highly-talented Customer Service Representative to help elevate our customer service experience.
Please note the following work schedule for this opening:
10 AM-7 PM Monday - Friday with a rotating on-call (Saturday or Sunday)
8 AM-5 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

What Youll Do:
Answer incoming calls from customers and convert them into booked appointments
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow-up on customer satisfaction
Accurate data entry into our customer database
Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth customer interactions
Participate in ongoing training to grow professionally
Stay calm and professional in high-stress situations
Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with completed services
What Were Looking For:
1-2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office)
Telephone sales experience (preferably in a service environment)
Strong communication skills (oral, written, and over the phone)
A positive, friendly, and empathetic demeanor
A self-starter who works well independently and on a team
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
Sales experience is a plus!
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
