Job Description: Residential Electrician Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking a skilled and journeyman electrician to join our team as a Residential Electrical Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have open availability, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members. The Residential Electrician works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEUs, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based bonuses. We guarantee FULL-TIME work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical repairs and installations in residential settings.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Performs residential service calls for electrical components.
- Assesses electrical needs and troubleshoots electrical issues.
- Provides advice on electrical equipment condition and problem solutions.
- Provides estimates to customers.
- Completes repairs and installations of electrical components.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
Requirements:
- Experience working in residential settings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Open availability
- Safety-focused
- Must possess a Ohio Electrical Journeyman license.
