The Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the LVF Management Staff. The Controller is primarily responsible is to manage the Revenue Cycle and Accounting Functions. The Billing and Accounting Departments will report to the Controller.
What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the CFO to analyze and re-engineer, where necessary, the revenue cycle and Accounting Staff workflows.
• Maximize revenue collection across all programs and payers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to the revenue cycle and Accounting processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Offer:

• Master’s Degree with undergrad degree in Accounting.
• CPA/CMA, preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of healthcare delivery system administration.
• Experience with an electronic health record.
• Knowledge of provider billing practices and understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
• Experience with:
• Supporting program and administrative units with efficient, accurate and comprehensive internal reporting
• Financial research and analysis
• Grants, Fiscal Management and Compliance
• Budgeting and Fiscal monitoring
• General Ledger Accounting
