Responsibilities
Addresses limited customer service telephone calls and emails; takes detailed, legible and accurate notes to document the file.
Responsible of processing daily posting of payments and wires. Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks for customer service department.
- Processing of daily posting of mortgage payments and wires
- Daily digital deposit of checks to bank system
- Reconciliation of daily payment logs and daily servicing batches
- Responsible for performing account history research
- Processing of payoff funds for loans paid in full
- Responsible of forwarding payments to new servicers every week
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Accounting, Mortgage, Banking or Title experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
