Requirements:
- 1 year of continuous employment with 1 employer in the last 3 years
- Preferred 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Demonstrate ability to understand specifications and instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate ability to follow quality standards to ensure product meets quality specifications
- Good problem solving skills
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and trouble shoot problems in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to work both independently and in a team environment

- Able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time
- Able to stand up 100% of the work day
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs
- Able to work flexible hours and over-time when required
