Restaurant hosts are not just seating restaurant goers; they create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy and relax. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, creating a great first impression for their dining experience.
- Assist with managing reservations to ensure timely service
- Answer incoming phone inquiries, including reservation and online orders
- Provide the highest service standards possible to all guests.
- Assist service team with clearing and resetting tables
- Maintain the cleanliness of host stations and equipment.
- Meet and exceed all guest request and expectations with a professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Multi-lingual a plus
- Some experience in hotels, restaurants, food service or retail preferred
- Knowledge of Toast of similar POS system a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
