During the first 30 days, employees are encouraged to be in the office for more than 4 days to acclimate to the firm and their teams. Our collaborative culture extends across our offices in NYC, DC, and Richmond, VA, allowing us to staff projects efficiently. The firm offsets the costs of licenses and provides additional compensation for parking if required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.

- Architectural design and construction drawing skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
- Licensure preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the US.
- Basic understanding of codes and ADA.
- Strong client interfacing personality.
