GovCIO is currently hiring for aBaseCamp SME to support the management and maintenance of the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for customer and resource management, self-service request management, sustainment, and cloud migration. This position is fully remote, located in the United States.
Please note : The contract has been awarded; however, this position remains unfunded and is contingent upon funding release.

Posted Pay Range

Overview

Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts, workgroups and national data sets.
- Automate routine provisioning tasks.
- Migrate BaseCamp into the cloud.
- Support Sherpa developers with production and intake issues.
- Provide expertise regarding the business rules of BaseCamp and Sherpa.
- Provide technical support to the Customer Enablement team for all BaseCamp tickets.
- Develop, maintain, and document database tools, administrative strategies, and best practices.
- Design and implement data models and access layers to support new product functionalities.
- Solve complex technical challenges, providing innovative and strategic solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's with 12 years (or commensurate experience)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications in relevant technologies.
