Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a passionate and driven individual who is eager to absorb new knowledge and contribute to our dynamic team for one of our largest telecommunication clients. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Python, Kubernetes, APIs, and data aggregation. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. The individual will be supporting networking based system performance teams and providing ad hoc automation for the client's ticketing teams and automating "auto-assign efforts".

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline processes and improve system performance.
•  Engage in agile development, with a focus on creativity and problem-solving.
•  Participate in team activities and take ownership of tasks, driving them to completion

Skills And Requirements

•  Basic knowledge of Python, Kubernetes, open-source technologies, and API integration.
•  Ability to work in a team collaborative team environment, not a sole contributor of previous projects.
•  Ability to work in an extremely Agile environment.
