What's the Job?
- Execute employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., position creation, new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) in SAP/SuccessFactors for a defined client group.
- Provide backup coverage for other HR Ops team members as needed for PTO and surge support.
- Serve as a liaison between HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to understand the end-to-end HR organization.
- Facilitate in-person I-9 verification for new hires on Day 1.
- Manage HR administrative tasks including supply orders, shipping labels, equipment returns, and mail distribution.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 1-2 years in HR, administrative support, or customer service within a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Opportunity to deepen HR operations experience in a dynamic environment.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
